Reflections at Fellowship Square-Mesa is a 32-resident memory care community in Mesa serving individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. The community provides around-the-clock caregiver assistance and uses a relationship-centered, person-centered approach designed around each resident's routines, preferences and individual care needs. Support includes assistance with daily living activities such as mobility, bathing, toileting and dressing, along with specialized dementia programming and meaningful daily engagement. Private and shared accommodations are available. Residents have access to secured outdoor patios, resident gathering spaces, an onsite beauty and barber shop, anytime dining, chef-planned meals and therapeutic activities that may incorporate companionship, music, aromatherapy and pet therapy. Reflections is part of Christian Care, a nonprofit senior living organization serving older adults throughout Arizona.
Reflections at Fellowship Square-Mesa is located on South Power Road in east Mesa, near established residential neighborhoods and the Power Road commercial corridor. The surrounding area provides access to grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies and everyday services, with additional shopping and dining available around Superstition Springs.
