Stevenson Oaks is a faith-based nonprofit senior living community in Fort Worth operated by Methodist Retirement Communities (MRC). The campus provides independent living, assisted living and memory support, with outpatient rehabilitation available on site. Assisted living provides support with activities of daily living, medication management, dining, housekeeping and transportation. Memory support serves people living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia through individualized care plans, licensed nursing staff, structured activities and a secured environment. Stevenson Oaks is certified in the Eden Alternative Registry and uses a person-directed approach focused on whole-person well-being.
Stevenson Oaks is located in Tavolo Park in southwest Fort Worth near Bryant Irvin Road and Altamesa Boulevard, west of Chisholm Trail Parkway. The Tavolo Park development includes residences, parks, restaurants, offices, shopping and a grocery store.
Prospective residents may begin by scheduling a tour, reviewing available floor plans and reviewing contract options. Independent Living prospects can secure a selected floor plan and location with an initial refundable deposit. For Memory Support, Stevenson Oaks offers a complimentary assessment to help determine the type of daily support needed and inform pricing.
