The small-home setting includes six private rooms and one semi-private room. Residents receive home-cooked meals and have access to indoor and outdoor common spaces designed around a residential rather than institutional environment.
Families may begin by contacting 4 Seasons Senior Living and touring a residential care home. During the tour, staff discuss the prospective resident's care needs, personality, medical history and family priorities. If the family chooses to proceed, an assessment is scheduled with the prospective resident and family. The contract is completed and a move-in date is established, followed by individualized care planning and close observation during the first 72 hours after move-in.
Pet visits are encouraged. Depending on the individual situation and residential home, a resident may be permitted to have a pet live in the home.
