Prestonwood Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Plano serving individuals who need nursing care and rehabilitation following hospitalization, surgery, illness or injury. Licensed nursing staff provide 24-hour care, while physical, occupational and speech therapists provide inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.
