North Texas Home Care, operated by Harris Healthcare, provides short-term skilled home health services to recovering, disabled and chronically ill patients. Services include skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy along with care coordination and other clinical support. Nursing services can include medication administration, wound management and chronic illness management. Care is delivered in the patient's home under an individualized plan coordinated with the patient's physician.
